Mo Streams Distribution Streaming Platform Terms and Conditions

The term of this Agreement shall commence on the Effective Date and continue for a period of one (1) year, renewable annually.

1. Individual Distribution: $89.99 per year.

2. Non-Management Services: Mo Streams provides distribution services only and does not manage Artist's career or business affairs.

1. 100% Royalty Retention: Artist retains 100% of royalties.

2. Masters & Publishing Ownership: Artist retains 100% ownership of masters and publishing rights.

3. Revenue Splits:
- Downloads/Sales: 50% to Artist, 50% to Platform.
- Distribution Sales: 80% to Artist, 20% to Platform.

1. Yearly Set-up Fee: $100.

2. Unlimited Song Submissions: Artist can submit unlimited songs for sync licensing and publishing consideration.

3. Commission on Royalties: 15% commission on royalties earned.

4. Artist Retains 85% of Royalties: Artist retains 85% of royalties earned.

5. Sync Commissions: 50% commission on sync licenses.

6. Artist Retains 50% of Revenue: Artist retains 50% of revenue collected from sync licenses.

1. ASCAP/BMI Registration: 2% administration fee per song.

2. Media Base Registration: 2% administration fee per song.

3. Billboard Registration: 2% administration fee per song.

4. MLC/Harry Fox Registration: 2% administration fee per song.

5. IP Registration: 2% administration fee per song.

6. Royalty Collection: 2% administration fee per song.

7. Music Publishing Administration: 2% administration fee per song.

8. Sync License Administration: 2% administration fee per song.

9. Sound Exchange: 2% administration fee.

1. Cancellation: You may cancel this Agreement at any time.

2. Removal of Music: Upon cancellation, Platform will remove Your music from its platform and distribution stores within 30 to 45 days.

3. Refund Policy: Subscription fees and pay-per-download purchases are non-refundable unless explicitly stated in our refund policy.

3. Third-Party Agreements: You acknowledge that removal of music from distribution stores may take longer due to third-party agreements.

1. Data Protection: Platform does not sell or share Your information.

2. Data Deletion: Your data will be deleted from authorized systems upon termination.

3. Refund Policy: Subscription fees and pay-per-download purchases are non-refundable unless explicitly stated in our refund policy.

1. Platform Obligations: Provides music distribution services.

2. Artist Obligations: Deliver high-quality content.

This Agreement may not be amended except in writing signed by both parties.
