Our legal department focuses on the following areas:
- Copyright and Intellectual Property: We work to ensure that our platform is free from copyright infringement and that our creators' intellectual property rights are protected.
- Terms of Service and Community Guidelines: We draft and enforce our terms of service and community guidelines to ensure that our users are aware of and comply with our rules and regulations.
- Data Protection and Privacy: We work to ensure that our platform complies with all applicable data protection and privacy laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).
- Compliance and Regulatory Affairs: We monitor and comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to music licensing, copyright, and data protection.
