Filing a takedown notice
A valid DMCA takedown notice must include the following:
- Your name, address, phone number, and email
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed
- The exact URL or release ID of the allegedly infringing material
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is unauthorized
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorized agent
- Your physical or electronic signature
Counter-notifications
If your release was taken down in error, send a counter-notification to support@mostreams.com with proof of ownership or your license. We restore eligible content within 10–14 business days.
Repeat infringers
Accounts with multiple confirmed infringements will be suspended and may be permanently terminated.
