1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or uploading content, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

2. Your Content & Ownership

You retain 100% ownership of your masters, compositions, and brand. MO STREAMS receives a limited, non-exclusive license to distribute the content you upload.

3. Royalties & Payouts

On paid plans, 80% of your streaming and download royalties are paid out to you for life through MO STREAMS — we keep 20% as a distribution fee. Payouts are processed monthly once your balance reaches the $10 minimum.

4. Acceptable Use

You may not upload content you do not own, content that infringes third-party rights, or content that violates store policies. We may remove violating uploads without notice.

5. Account Termination

You may cancel at any time from your dashboard. We may suspend accounts for fraud, abuse, or repeated copyright violations.

6. Liability

MO STREAMS is provided as-is. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be emailed at least 30 days before they take effect.
