How long does it take to go live on Spotify?+
Most releases go live within 1–3 business days, but we recommend scheduling 2 weeks ahead for pre-saves and editorial pitching.
What's the royalty split?+
On every paid plan you keep 80% of your streaming and download royalties for life — MO STREAMS keeps 20% as a distribution fee. You always keep 100% of your masters, copyrights, and publishing.
Can I take a release down?+
Yes. You can request a takedown from any store at any time from your dashboard. Most stores process the request within a few days.
How do payouts work?+
Payouts are available monthly via bank transfer or PayPal once you hit the $10 minimum balance.
What audio quality do you accept?+
16-bit or 24-bit WAV files at 44.1kHz or higher. We also accept FLAC and high-bitrate MP3.
Do you offer pre-save campaigns?+
Yes — every paid plan includes unlimited smart links and pre-save landing pages.
How do I create an account?+
Anyone can sign up at mostreams.com/signup and pick a plan (fan, artist, label, DJ, producer, podcaster). New accounts get a 7-day free trial, then monthly or yearly billing. If a MoStreams super-administrator creates an account for you (artist signing, podcaster onboarding, label seat, comp/promo, etc.) you'll receive an email with your sign-in URL, username, and a temporary password — no trial or payment is required and your access is active immediately. Change that temporary password after your first sign-in under Settings → Security.
